Terms and Conditions

Photos and Magical Compositions are copyrighted by Giselle Behrens. Prior authorization to scan, copy or reproduce is required. To do so without consent is illegal.
Cancelation and rescheduling policy:
- Full refund if the photo shoot is canceled/rescheduled up to 3 weeks (21 calendar days) before the booked photo session date.
- 20% fee is charged for cancelations/rescheduling between 20 and 7 calendar days before the date of the photoshoot).
- 35% fee is charged for cancelations/rescheduling between 6 days prior up to 48 hours prior to the photo session.
- 50% fee is charged for cancelations/rescheduling 48 hours or less before the scheduled date of the photoshoot.
Payment is due 100% up front to book the photo session.
Once the photo shoot has taken place, the files and prints are non-refundable.
The shareable private online gallery is up during 1 year from the date the gallery is published online.
Photos are kept in file for 1 year from the date of the photoshoot.
Ovophoto by Giselle Behrens is not liable for damaged, stolen, or lost digital files and prints. We recommend you keep a backup of the provided files in an external hard drive, cloud service, or your computer.
